I want to address this “prime GGG” that Canelo supposedly ducked. The earliest reasonable date that Canelo could have fought GGG was May 2016, after he won the WBC 160 from Cotto. GGG was 34 at that time. When Canelo fought GGG in Sept 2017, GGG was 35. You’re telling me he went from in his prime to out of his prime in that timeframe?

I see a lawsuit in DAZN's future. It is unconscionable that DAZN refuses to stream a Canelo vs Andrade fight. That is insane!

If this nonsense continues, it is entirely possible that both Andrade and Canelo will lawyer up and take DAZN to court. Why is Eddie Hearn not crying blooding murder that DAZN has shut Andrade out? If DAZN keeps this up, I am canceling my subscription and if DAZN keeps jerking Andrade, Canelo and other potential opponents around I suspect that others will cancel as well.

I did not pay a bunch of money to sign up with DAZN to watch GGG fight random guys from the phone book. I paid to see Canelo fight Andrade and other talented fighters.

The problem is that it doesn't make sense to ask GGG to get a belt while he's vacating belts. If he was really serious about GGG getting a belt, then why is he vacating? I'm sure GGG would fight Andrade, but he wants Canelo next and so does DAZN.

Yup that's how I see this going as well. Canelo simply won't be told what to do not by ANY belt org or ANY network. And let's face it DAZN has far more to lose in all this then Canelo. Postponing his a date is a massive blow to DAZN that must now figure out how they will sell and retain subscribers from now until whenever Canelo tells them he is going to fight. If Canelo fights anytime between now and Dec he gets paid the exact same amount for 2019 as he always planned to fight only twice anyway. And if it gets ugly and Canelo leaves DAZN it's a catastrophe. All their subscribers leave with Canelo and they are a laughing stock and no fighters will go to DAZN if you can't even treat your top star well. Good luck recouping money from GGG vs Rolls 1,2,3,4,5,6. LMAO

Canelo dropped the gauntlet down. This is a major shot at DAZN. He is telling them nobody is going to tell me who to fight. And trust other fighters are watching and more importantly subscribers are watching. You just launched in the US based around Canelo if Canelo leaves DAZN he takes almost their entire subscribers with him. No fighter worth a damn will sign with DAZN when they see what they doing. And if you Andrade right now and reports from Andrade own camp confirmed Golden boy was talking and making offers and if DAZN is the reason that fight didn't happen how you feeling about DAZN? or even Hearn who has a major confirm conflict of interest. And I brought this up months ago Andrade is signed to Matchroom but Hearn acts like he doesn't even want to get his guy that fight.

DAZN tried to force GGG fight now and don't care if GGG only wants to fight bums in the meantime because he is afraid anyone with a pulse beats him before Canelo whoops him again. That's the contract that has come back to ha heunt them GGG is totally worthless to DAZN doesn't drive any subscribers without Canelo. But that's not Canelo's problem lol And Canelo is the only reason so many are subscribing to DAZN right now good luck convincingly them to stay.

Then he can canel the next fight too unless it's Kovalev. Because DAZN only approved Golovkin and Kovalev for him. If it's Kovakev and Kovalev remains apart from DAZN it makes his bargaining position much stronger. That is if he hasn't already committed to the match at a later date. They must have the structure of a deal in place or Canelo and GB are shooting themselves in the foot.
