That's a lot of title defenses but most of his opponents were rated from number 20 to number 30 by boxrec. GGG had a record 20 title defenses against better fighters than Wilder defended against and you said his resume was garbage, By that standard Wilder's resume is double garbage.

That's if you believe he defeated Fury. I see it as he lost his 8th defense in that one. On paper and officially it might be 10 but I don't do double standards, fair is fair just like I counted Lewis's win over Holy since its also known as very controversial.

Those are boxrec rankings now though, not when he fought them. Little different.

His level of opponent has improved lately, but he lost against Fury and has fought a few nobodies in those defences too. If he gets past Ortiz and Fury in the coming months, he will deserve respect.

Only 1 name worth talking about out of 10 and he lost that fight.

He had a point though. Golovkins resume is much better than Wilders yet you slate Golovkins resume and praise Wilder. Seems to be a lack of balance from you. But then Golovkin is not American or maybe not the right colour. Sorry Color. (American spelling for you).

Golovkin defended his titles against 6 fighters ranked within the top 5 of The Ring Magazin: Lemieux, Jacobs, Canelo, Murray, Macklin and Geale.

Proksa and Rubio have been ranked in the top 10.

                    Brook was 1 at 147.

Don’t know about Stevens, Monroe and Rosado though.
