Adrien Broner vs Ivan Redkach In The Works For The Fall

If Broner loses here he is pretty much done getting any decent fight anytime soon. And that takes a lot since how well he does in ratings. But lose to Redkach? That will be like a career ender.

Idk if Broner wins this one. Dude just KO'd Alexander didn't he? F#ck I'd have expected a lesser guy then this just to get Broner in the win column.

I like this fight. Broner should win but it'll be exciting... I think it's a good clash of styles.

Lesser guy then this? I think the opponent is perfectly fine. Actually the perfect type of fight for him in this stage of his career. He shouldn't be getting any of the top guys until he puts together a few solid wins....Or at least a good performance against someone like Redkach.

But yeah, Redkach is a guy that brings it and if Broner is on his BS, he will be in trouble. I think Broner stops Redkach in the middle rounds or wins a wide decision like he did against Molina.

Redkach isn't very good, I think it's more just that Devon is pretty much beyond shot at this point. That said, of course Ivan was the first to actually stop him, so he's got something going, but I think he's more one of those persistent terrier type guys than a serious ****er...

Mmm. Actually I didn't catch the fight before, Redkach is looking pretty damn good in there, maybe the higher weight suits him. Do we know what weight this one might be contested at?

Pretty damn sure it will be at WW. It is a pipe dream to think Broner is going to go down to 140. I mean we hear it after every fight but it never ends up happening.

Are you suggesting Broner is? LOL.

I was on Broner at one point, but imo he just don't give a f#ck anymore. He gots no other way to make a million or so a year besides boxing so boxing it is.

This is for sure a loseable fight for him these days. Pre-Marcos this would be a w/e-ish fight I feel like. In 2019 not so much. This feels 50/50ish to me if not 55/45, 60/40 Redkach.

For matchmaking yea I'm with you. I like even-ish fights. Or fights that seem like they are even-ish going in.

For getting Broner back into a big name fight to lose to that big name guy this seems like a not so great fight to make.

Won't be surprised if this one doesn't happen/become official because its probably too risky/juice not worth the squeeze fight for Boner.

I'd go the other way around with this being a 60/40 or 65/35 type of fight in favor of Broner. Redkach is a bit too wild to give Broner enough counter opportunities to win rounds. He does good good against these types of opponents. It's those that have some height to them and can jab with Broner that will give him some serious problems. And then those just flat out better than him of course with the likes of Mikey and Pacman.
