I think there'll be 3 fights added this week that aren't on boxrec, Wardley, that Alen Babic heavyweight that was on the Italian card Thursday, and Christian Mbilli says he'll be in some kind of title fight.
I think he's going for the EBU next

Its pointless now though aint it? With Lebedev retiring there will be a title fight available, Okolie #2 with the WBA. Is there much difference between Ngabu and Goulamirian/Merhy?

I think Goulamirian would stop Okolie

Another reason the WBA is a ****ing joke.

Super Champ Lebedev has retired and vacated the WBA Cruiserweight championship. So who fights for it?

#1 ranked Ryad Merhy? #2 ranked Lawrence Okolie? WBA Champion Arsen Goulamirian? WBA Gold champion Alexey Egorov? These MF's were supposed to get rid of a belt, and instead they added one!

            Lol
They will have a mini tournament just to decide who gets the fight

Yeah, I can't think of a fighter less fan friendly than Okolie...

I am confused, what about the big ESPN deal??

I thought Whyte told people he was getting a television package? I thought he was done with match room?

DAZN snatching up his fight a week before hand proves that he has zero value on the world stage, just in the UK.

None of the networks were interested.

Selling PPVS for $25 a pop in the UK does not equate to superstardom, the biggest thing Whyte has done is get knocked out.

He has also struggled with terrible opposition, and he truly is in danger in this fight.

You’d think they would want to do that to push ticket sales.

DAZN broadcasts in the US. It's where the top-grossing boxers fight, including Canelo and GGG.

I think it will be against Merhy for the WBA regular or interim, with Goulamirian getting promoted to super champ after Lebedev's retirement
