For all the smack talking Whyte has done about Fury, Joshua, Wilder, Usyk, and Ortiz (and it has been some glorious trash talk), he better make short work out of Oscar Rivas. Any kind of war or close fight against a relative unknown will be a real bad look for him. I have seen Rivas on a few of top 10 rankings, but he is not what you call a hot commodity.

He is a live dog in my eyes
Seen him fight live a few times and what kills him , imo , is his laziness
With that said , now having beaten Jennings , I think he has realized that this might be his only chance at getting this close to be a world champion , so that might and could be his motivation
Rivas is a good heavyweight boxer , with decent skills and some power
Just look at his amateur pedigree, I’m sure you’ll recognize quite a few of his W’s against well known names
