It deserves a trilogy fight to just end the rivalry. It should be 1-1 at worse.
Stop it. Nelo beat that slow poke twice, CLEARLY.

Well said, walking in front of jabs and eating them all night is one of the most foolish things to do in boxing. Don't matter how tough your chin is, just plain foolish.

I've been trying to get everyone that said Sissy-g won either fight to break down the punches landed in each round with the time clock of those rounds but NOBODY wants to do it so it goes to show that Nelo won both fights & they don't want to admit it.

What's funny is how 90% of people thought GG won the first but now that GG is seen as a loser, they have sided with Canelo. Sports fans are predictable.
That's cuz they KNOW he lost the 1st fight against Nelo. Nelo won the 2nd one too & those people don't want to look like idiots for staying with Sissy-g.

I was rooting for Canelo, predicted he would win, and was embarrassed when I saw GG beat him in that fight. He was gifted a draw because the industry protects stars and Canelo is a pampered star. I don't know what possesses people to live in these fanboy fantasies where they can't admit any truths that might make their idol look bad.

He's not your sugar daddy, he's just a fking athlete. Let's be real.

And, BTW, I'm not going to spend all day arguing with you like you do with people because you have no life so have a cry, tell me you hate me, and be done with it.

he took several hard counters and combinations that put lesser middleweights down. heck, he even put a 168 lber down in a round with some of his gas. canelo is a very good puncher and golovkin took combinations uptairs, got outjabbed, took body shots, lesser fighters do not go 12 rounds after canelo puts his hands on hiim like that1

So you are going to use the punches thrown/landed as the fact the Canelo won the fight. Since you are so pigeon holed in that why you don't present them.

They was I saw it GGG eeked the win. I don't need the compustat to tell me who won.

golovkin took a beating in the second fight. if he didn't have one of the best chins i have ever seen he would have gone down or gotten stopped. i might put money on a stoppage depending on how the fighters look in camp. hedge my bet with canelo on points. no way golovkin wins this time. he's been figured out in terms of timing on the counters, he's losing the jabbing contest, and he's getting older every month.

eventually golovkin's going to eat a punch on the forehead that he used to chomp down like M&m's and it's going to put him down.
Enlighten me how did GGG took a beating? It was a close fight. Why, because his face marks up?

Canelo simply has great counterpunching skills and defense. Two world class athletes went at it and at that level you just don't blow the guy away and your output is not the same.

                      Agree with every word.

Canelo did win the second one though, but not by much.
