Morales is a known and proven cheater. Danny Garcia's father was pretty upset with him.

Pacquaio on the other hand has been tested for nearly a decade by USADA and VADA and has always tested negative. He even volunteered for the VADA 24/7 365 Clean Boxing Program that administers tests between fights.

For this fight against Thurman, he has already passed a random test given by VADA and another via the WBA/promoters.

Keith ain't no fool. He knows he can't win a firefight against Manny Pacquiao. I expect him to come out and test Manny early just to see how durable Pac is.

Once he discovers that he can't either hit or hurt Pac, he is going to get on his bicycle and try to outpoint him from a safe distance by boxing. That's his strategy because he doesn't like to get hit.
