Yes, he bruised his hand. That takes an additional year to heal? I've see guys fight after breaking their hand in half that time.
As far as sending a contract? They both have Haymon for an advisor, so easy to make if both are willing. Thurman has NOT been willing, dating back to 2015, and before he had a belt. He said last year no Spence fight until late 2020 at the earliest. Give me a break dude. He milked his injuries to preserve his record.
