Yes, a month ago the IBF gave Canelo 30 days to request an exemption. He did not make any requests. Thats why they are calling the mando.......


The IBF doesnt play games. Like it or not, they follow their rules, even when it costs them money and makes them look incompetent and second-rate.

Time to look at the fine print on the Canelo/DAZN contract. Another guy who should look at the fine print on his contract with DAZN is Demetrius Andrade. How in the world can DAZN say that they will not carry a Canelo vs Andrade fight when both are under contract with DAZN, but will approve a fight with Kovalev who is not under contract with Andrade. I don't see Eddie Hearn, Andrade's promoter, raising a stink about this.

IBF is consistent to be fair, they don't give a SH#T who is their Champion, when they call for Mandatory and you can't take it they will strip you quickly. Did it with GGG, Tyson Fury just to name a few so they don't care

Dazn is trash if this is the truth. Let canelo/boxing pick his opponents. He does at least half a million with anyone he steps in with in the PPV era. Sept stream all middleweights or future foils for canelo. Andrade and smith on the undercard. May he fights the most impressive foil. If they were smart at all, they’d know the moment canelo-3G is made thats the death of both fighters. Neither floyd nor pac could crack a million, let alone half a mill, with another boxer opposite them.
