Joshua now knows what he should have before the 1st fight; although he has the power to hurt and drop Ruiz, the chunky lad has a 1st rate chin and heart to spare. He is not someone that will be ready to be finished off after getting dropped once, so you use your range and power drop him and take the 10-8 round then try to do the same in the next round, and the next, etc. Eventually there'll be a compassionate stoppage if not a massive points difference at the end, but I don't think anyone will be at the winning end of an early stoppage against Ruiz unless it's a dodgy ref decision.

As soon as Ruiz got knocked down (he looked shocked) he became ultra aggressive and never let AJ of the hook, he also showed patience, I look forward to watching him fight again.

Ruiz fought his usual fight, Joshua just wasn't ready for it (and may never be).

The other day I was looking at African wildlife videos on YT and I saw one titled, "Lions in camp!"

Tunde popped into my head straight away, but these were real lions, with fur, fangs and claws, invading a safari campsite.

My moneys on Ruiz again, provided he’s as motivated as the first fight, which he sounds like he will be. I think he’s got the fastest hands in the heavyweight division, and he counters excellently.
