Comments Thread For: Thurman: Deep Down, Pacquiao's Saying, 'I'm Gonna F*** You Up!'

Keith Thurman senses Manny Pacquiao's polite nature is keeping him from speaking his mind. The unbeaten WBA "super" welterweight champion is sure his trash talk has gotten under Pacquiao's skin since they began promoting their fight a couple months ago. Pacquiao kept from saying anything out of character again when they sat across a table from one another for FOX Sports' "Face to Face" segment, hosted by Brian Campbell.

I don't think it bothers Manny, Thurman isn't very good at trash talk.

Thurman has repeatedly said that he feels that Manny has nothing left and I am sure that is why he took this fight instead of trying negotiate a Spence fight. I think Thurman is underestimating pac and this will be his downfall. Pac is looking really good in training these days and I think he wins a decision maybe even a late tko.

I am leaning Thurman, but there is little doubt Pac enjoys boxing more than him. I just think the miles on the odometer are too high for Manny. Thurman has a ton less wear and tear, and will box smart and effectively. He will not trade with Pac, and will force him to exert a ton of movement.

Thurman is an intelligent, skilled fighter. His lackluster performance against Lopez does concern me, but it was a "ring rust" performance. If he has zero love for this game left, Pacquiao will absolutely expose him and beat him convincingly. I just got Thurman rebounding and fighting well.

Thurman is making a major mistake if he is building his fight plan on a over aggressive reckless Pacquiao.

Yeah, after watching that PBC Face to Face interview segment you can clearly see how bothered and flustered Pacquiao got with Thurman's trash talk. I don't remember a fight where Pacquiao was this bothered and flustered by the trash talk of his rival.
