I think Thurman sees it like he has proven himself at WW with wins against two top, prime welters, while Spence is only now going up against Porter. Brook was damaged goods, Peterson washed up, Mikey too small. I like Thurman, he is his own man, he doesn’t surround himself with a goon squad of leeches like Spence.

I like Spence more as a fighter and he'd beat Thurman comfortably but he sounds like a jealous hood rat. Just because Thurman is educated and can speak properly, doesn't mean you have to hate on him.

I thought Keith was a decent character when he was trash talking all his opponents up until he was called out by Spence and started backpedaling. Keith should have gave Spence the same verbal treatment he was dishing out to everyone else. After that he just turned super lame to me. And that fighting at the end of 2020 bs he said just means he hopes Spence moves up to 154.

And with that being said I hope Manny Pacquiao ko's Thurman. Because if Thurman wins I doubt he will ever fight Spence.

If Keefe the yoga master beats PAC he will definitely be the A side. He’ll get the big piece of chicken and demand whatever from Spence, Crawford or a more lucrative rematch.

I had to write a comment cuz these comments on here are jokes smh lol. I understand where Spence is coming from. Thurman has all this energy and call outs when it comes to Porter Garcia even Pacquiao now and Paulie ( don't duck me son) but never mentions Crawford or Spence unless he's asked a question about them. Spence even said when Thurman n him are face to face it's a whole different vibe off cam but when the cam is on he talks wild **** about Spence n his star power. The energy u have on cam, keep that same energy in person that's why he feels he's corny. A man with a million excuses not to unify. Funny some of yall callin Spence a drunk but he probably tear thru yall favorite fighters lol.

I saw something on YouTube the other day when they had past HW champions answering questions with Jim Gray. Bowe, Earnie Shavers, Michael Spinks, Lennox Lewis, Evander Holyfield, Buster Douglas, and Gerry Cooney. And Gray asked all of them, “did you fight who your team told you to fight or who you wanted to fight?” All of them; even Holyfield said they fought who their team told them to fight. Only Lennox said he was his own man and fought who he wanted to fight in his era. Then Bowe said he wanted to fight Lennox, suggesting his team didn’t want that fight for him.

It made me think if I were a fighter, would I listen to my team like most of them or be more like Lennox said and do my own thing or what I believe is best for me. I think a lot of these fighters want the big fights and challenges for themselves but trust their teams more than themselves for their careers and money. I remember Floyd always saying in interviews, I got a great team around me that I listen to. I guess the teams put a lot of thought and research into the numbers and everything else 1st regardless of what the fans really want. Boxing is primarily a business.

Agree. I like Thurman, he’s got charisma. Spence is an excellent fighter but he’s boring as hell. Even his voice is boring.

Crawford is an excellent boxer. He switch hits and has very good technique.
