... I wish I'll hear Thurman calling Spence under a sharp rehydration clause (just because IBF doesn't call for it in case of a "unification" fight)...
Thurman has been running from Spence for a long time now! Late 2020 is totally unacceptable! That's the main reason that I'm rooting for Pacquiao to beat beat him!
As Crawford sits back fuming, with nobody bringing his name up as to how much they dislike him.....
Spence has become the "name" in this division. Not the best known. Not the biggest payday. But the "name" that is brought up to everyone else during interviews, pressers, podcasts, and post fights. Fighters all have to respond to if you want Spence, are you willing to fight Spence, what is your opinion on Spence. He has become the bell weather cow at 147. Thurman will have to answer endless questions about Spence. This will only get worse for him of he manages to outbox Pac.
"Cong**** on a GREAT win over a living legend who really brought it today, Keith. You and your team had a great plan. Now, about Errol Spence...."
By the way, Spence is a GREAT interview. I love it when a microphone is in front of him. "I dislike Thurman more than I dislike Porter." Sweat Mother of quotes, that is a fun way to put it.
... you better go and check the Spence-Crawford videos as for who is the "clown" and stuff...
They want it both ways. When Thurman does it he is a coward, When Spence does it "He got options, PBC on top." The best outcome would be Thurman fighting Crawford late 2020 making Spence look like a fool for waiting.
Exactly why wouldn’t Keith fight Spence??? Spence is a very good solid fighter, but he hasn’t fought the best at welterweight. Honestly, what is there to be scared of??? Spence is definitely “the Truth,” but he doesn’t have that sharp devastating ko power. He has thudding power that wears you down and he stops u late. Keith’s lateral movement would neutralize that. That by no means is me saying Keith wins, it’s me saying he has a style and the speed to give Spence problems. Plus, I think Keith has a better understanding of the business side of boxing. Why fight Spence when he was only 14-0??? How much would each fighter make under those circumstances??? Doesn’t it make more sense as a “prize fighter” to wait until it becomes a mega ppv fight and both get well compensated??? If Spence beats Porter(which is not a guarantee) and Thurman beats Manny(which isn’t guaranteed either,) wouldn’t that make their fight much much bigger with more titles involved??? Thurman knows exactly what he’s doing. And if anyone is paying attention, Thurman is actually setting up a big money fight with Broner while he’s marketing his fight with Manny. He’s sending little slick verbal shots at him hoping he takes the bait. That’s another big pay day under his belt before he even steps in the ring with Spence. Thurman definitely has a business approach. It has nothing to do with being scared.
