it was always gonna be munguia, they don't want andrade as he'll give them lara flashbacks. don't want golovkin until he gets even older. they prioritise munguia as he's a loss waiting to happen so want it to be vs canelo

Andrade wishes he was on some Lara sh^t. I think people are massively overrated Andrade. I can't wait for Andrade to fight someone real finally so his status gets proven one way or another.

I think Canelo flat KO's Andrade unless Andrade just runs all night. Sh^t I like Derevyanchenko over him & Derevyanchenko is outta the mix at 160 right now.

If I had to put money on it, I'd go with Andrade. Adds another belt, DAZN will be pleased because it's an in house fight and I don't think Andrade is going to ask for crazy money either because he really wants that fight. Don't think it will be a very stylistically pleasing fight, but it is high level. Think there's also a good chance it could be Canelo's last fight at 160. Mandatories are going to start coming soon and if he won't fight GGG, what high money fights are left at that weight? Think 168 and potentially a foray into 175 will be coming in the near future.

Andrade is a big, athletic southpaw with some slickness.

Worst possible opponent. He would give Canelo trouble, more so than Danny Jacobs I think.

Who knows. Won't be a tough competitor most likely. I just posted a video talking about this. Looks like heat is turning up for Canelo, he needs to fight tough competition next.

Not really, he's mandatory for Canelo's IBF belt. Think that's part of the reason you will see Canelo vacate and possibly move up shortly after this. Not enough big time fights left at 160 any more

Whats the big fights at 168? Most of the guys there are still unproven.

Obviously I wouldn't be mad at Canelo vs Benavidez & I think Canelo is getting a reality check in that fight if Benavidez keeps improving & taking boxing seriously. *crosses fingers*

He has more slickness than Jacobs & the southpaw thing is notable, but otherwise I think Andrade is much less of a threat then Jacobs was. Andrade throws some of the most garbage punches I see a title holder in a noteworthy division throwing. That punch in the last round vs Maciej gets him KTFO vs Canelo.

if i had to pick, would be callum, but i think its too risky. callum won the tournament, he is a big 168er, but canelo could do it! but if i had to bet my house id go with callum.

canelo could do something great, a W vs callum would put him right up there.

I think Canelo would beat the crap out of Andrade, who hasn't fought anyone good.
