It's possible he was tested that often because he had just failed a drug test but the arguement is there is no way of telling what is really going on. Hearn and Oscar have done Canelo’s last two fights so working with him for Andrade should be easy. Give him a deal similar to Jacobs. Plus they talked Tuesday and Wednesday.

You can't read. The article does not say he has been doing year round testing since April 2018. It only says he signed up to do it on that date.

Show me an article from a credible source referencing how many times he has been tested in the last year. I'll be glad to hear it.
