    Hmm.

If Ruiz does that, he may lose.

What got him the opportunities in the first fight was that he was patient and Joshua lost focus trying to go for the KO. Ruiz counterpunched Joshua and hurt him bad.

If he becomes the aggressor this time, then it could be Joshua who catches him this time. In the first fight Joshua caught him while Ruiz was the aggressor, and then Ruiz caught AJ when he went on the attack.

That's the key to victory for Ruiz. He must turn this bout into a very fast-paced firefight. This way Joshua would be forced to burn up a lot of energy and stamina in fighting him off while becoming quickly fatigued again.

Ruiz needs to be cautious because if Joshua hits him at all harder than the shot that dropped him, he might not be able to get up. If Ruiz plans to throw more, he also opens himself up more, and Joshua is no light puncher. Double-edged sword.

Good points but Joshua is more prone to a fast paced fight if the fight goes past mid rounds, either that or he really does need much better preparation for a fast pace /more volume punching bc stamina isn't the problem its a set pace he wasn't dictating .

Theres also a delusion that bc Ruiz won so will Fury and Wilder two non aggressive fighters who like fighters coming to them, makes zero sense and Joshua is a top 3 HW more then Ruiz on one loss, this is reality.

I was rooting for Ruiz in the first fight but now I want AJ to win to shut up all the armchair geniuses that claim to have predicted the upset and are now confident AJ is finished.

I’ve got a feeling AJ wins and begins a lengthy spell of holding the belts hostage
I never rated Joshua since he turned pro, I'd never seen Ruiz fight before, but now I have, I've seen he's got the skillset to beat Joshua again.
I always said Joshua would get found out against someone good enough to test him, but I thought I would have to wait for him to fight Fury or Wilder to see it.
I'm backing Ruiz to win again. Fury or Wilder would beat him too.

It’s hard not to rate a fighter who fights wld Klitschko in his 19th fight gets off the deck and wins by knockout . Each to their own I guess

Agree Ruiz looked the biz last fight ... let’s see how the rematch pans out

Styles make fights . Fury is feather fisted and wilder can’t box for shid . Would still like to see those fights

Yo Andy, if AJ offers you Wembley with Terry O'Connor as the ref, just say NO! Stay in America would be my advice.

Shot that drop him didn’t really hurt him at all but was a short shot Ruiz didn’t see coming... he took a couple of harder punches after that and absorbed them just fine
