he will lite that boy up like a christmas tree next time
He didn't impress me so much against Jacobs.
I liked the boxing but it wasn't exactly a rip snorter.
Plus I saw he still has his stamina issues and that's what's going to lead to him getting beaten.

Canelo needs to get this decisive V plus it's the biggest $$ fight for him.
I honestly think it's all smoke and mirrors at the moment.
In my view, GGG was lured by that "trilogy narrative", in the first place, and never went "all in" in the previous fights -- for instance he never went to the body...

... Now, GGG would not have any thing more to expect from Canelo... And I don't think that Canelo wishes to face a desperate "do or die" GGG... Therefore, I don't think that we will get this "trilogy"...

I will have to agree with you that Nelo doesn't want that smoke, but he has to at some stage.
If Nelo doesn't fight G this September he's just waiting him out.

Yer I know it's not but no one seems to want to pull him up for it.
If that was GGG doing that to Nelo if the roles were reversed their would be 5 threads a day saying G is aging so and so.
              It's pathetic.

And let's just be fair now. Canelo and GGG are really avoiding Andrade, just like Saunders did. Not because they are scared or because they will lose, but because Andrade has an extremely difficult style to deal with and you won't probably ever look good against him. That's why. Just a fan calling a spade a spade

Look: I can't take GGG's side... he opted to take that "Canelo money" and went soft in the previous fights, waiting for more money... I can't blame him -- he earned huge money, but he lost credibility as well...

... possibly... or even more likely...

... but it's about huge money here -- Canelo-GGG III is the most expensive fight at this moment...

Munguia, seeing how he struggled recently in fights, is an easy one for Canelo. There are better light middleweights out there, like Charlo and Williams. Jaime is not as bad as the Fielding fight, but yes, this is a very underwhelming year for Saul, and the Jacobs fight was so disappointing.
