It wasnt 147 it was 145, and Cotto was given two B graders after being cheat beaten near to death, then Manny forced the CW and Arum threw Cotto under the bus to accept it, Cotto quickly left Arum said he would never do that to his body again and moved to 154 and avenged his beating which rejuvenated Cotto again with him winning a MW title.

Manny beat a drained 145 Cotto and then refused to fight him again without a CW.

Manny biggest wins were Cotto and Oscar and both were weight drained Oscar terribly so.

Manny could not beat them without the CWs, you cant see past your nose and you dont have the boxing knowledge to understand anything except hype and media.
