Lemme put it like this here, Manny is training with the kind of ferocity I’ve never seen in a 40 year old. His ab method is a real ***** if you try to do 100 reps per move. His stomach these days is absolutely shredded, because he runs for an hour a day (HAARD) then he puts out an agility ladder with 20 rungs...4-5 12 inch agility hurdles, and the dude works that **** in the parking lot for a half hour. All while throwing miscellaneous fight movements into the routine and also using a medicine ball for the ladder. He’s got it on his mind. Upper chakra. Ricky is smart betting everyone 500 1:1, he always goes with PAC and I bet he makes bank. PAC is -140 now in Vegas. But Thurman can **** and I’m not making a pick. Not good to be a predictor!

power is the last thing to leave you, Ricardo could punch pretty hard. I realize it’s irrelevant to what you’re discussing but I just remembered that Dammit Man pit bull song from when he was training for dlh, back in the grip that was pretty hype.

Mayorga was garbage regardless of punching power.
It’s a shame Vernon Forrest couldn’t figure him out
