      PAC fought:
      - Brandon Rios (he had just lost to Alvarado and was moving up to 147 from 130.
      - Broner had just lost 4 fights
      - Mathysse had not fought in 2 years and was coming off a loss
      - Mosley had just lost to Floyd
      - Hatton had lost to Floyd
      - Oscar had lost to Floyd
      - Margarito had lost to Mosley and was a catchweight
      - Cotto had lost to Margarito and was a catch weight
      - Horn was unknown to the world
      - Algieri was unknown
      - JMM beat PAC 4 times !!!

When has Pac ever fought a legit WW????
Rios was coming from 140. And if hatton was coming off a loss to mayweather then mosley was coming off a loss to cotto, hoya a loss to hopkins, marquez a loss off pacquiao, ortiz to maidana, cotto to pacquiao, maidana to alexander, pacquiao to marquez yada yada. Basically, you’re a dumb ****.

Mosley had just KO’d Margarito and was the WBC belt holder when he fought Floyd so he wasn’t coming off a loss.
Oscar fought Hopkins at 160 in 2004. He fought Floyd 3 years later at his weight of 154.
Marquez beat PAC 4 times unless you are delusional

Ortiz had just beaten Berto who was undefeated at the time for the WBC belt.

PAC believers like you still thought he could beat Floyd even after the brutal KO by Marquez

These are all FACTS unlike the mucus you just posted which means you have rotten maggots in your brain and you are a mentally challenged challenhed idiot since you clearly don’t know sheet about boxing

Now, go ahead and start ripping Floyd’s resume apart while defending your pinoy idol
pac resume speaks for itself and no matter how hard the haters will try to downgrade it no one will believe. While you couldn't say the same about floyd resume.

But to answer your question. Legit welterweight = Jeff 'The Hornet' Horn, who UNANIMOUSLY decisioned Manny Pacquiao at the Battle of Brisbane, and Tim Bradley, who in the history books holds a win over Manny AND who Manny went the distance with three times, unable to get him out of there.
              ———

So basically you are agreeing with me.
Algieri fought Ruslan after he lost to PAC unless I am mistaken.

As for Horn and Bradley, you practically make my point - if Manny was that great he should have beaten those two guys

No, Ruslan was before Manny. The only reason Chris got that fight was that performance.

Otherwise yes, I'm agreeing with you.
