Inoue should not rank higher than Lomachenko, Canelo, Usyk, or even Juan Francisco Estrada in my opinion.

As I always argue P4P is about skills + resume. Inoue flashes skills but who is he doing it against really? It's easy to look good against average opposition.

    His resume is lacking.

These lists are pointless the minute theres no defined criteria (or 1 they stick to). The only p4p list I recognize is the boxrec computer because the rest move the goalposts constantly to justify their bias. I never complained before when nelo was ranked like #7 p4p but now that he just beat IBF champ Jacobs convincingly as can be & is actually being ranked worse than before. (He must be if inoues now above him for koing a complete unknown(who was elite but in a shlt division) in the weakest division in boxing.)

At least Crawford is #1 as at least he became unified at 140,but the rest of these lists supposedly compiled by experts such as tbrb, espn.etc are shlt & its no coincidence why they are all the same, they are compiled by writers who are absolute petty children that refuse to seperate fanaticism with fair unbiased journalism & integrity; and the writers that decide the different rankings are the exact same group of writers who sit on all the committees

Boxing writers association is like a cult secret society where they pat each other on the back for following the herd & agenda of the collective. Thats how these hacks get to vote for the hof & how they dictate whos voted as fotd, foty etc. They screwed floyd out of fotd,& they'll do the same to whomever they hate(usually the cashcow but not always)

Not bad, put Estrada over Spence (still hasn't fought an elite Welterweight) since Estrada just beat the KO specialist (Rung Visai) that beat the former p4p number 1 in Chocolatito.

(I am american btw but I know prejudice when I see it & you got guys like Atlas/Rosenthal etc.(the writers association darlings) being biased as can be in favor of loma since day1 & they HATE ginger)

Its altogether a joke that the lighter the weight a fighter competes in the more they are treated as the best despite the lower the weight the more part time the opponents of top fighters are. And the lower the weights of the fighters being lauded the more their resumes are full of mismatches & smaller guys.(they now got inoue as #2 gtfoh)

Crawford is much more worthy of being p4p#1 than loma & yet everyone agrees his competition pales in comparison to nelos. Its as if top rank fighters are judged differently
I agree, the racial bias against Canelo at this site is disgusting. If he wasn't a ginger white guy he would be No1, no doubt about it.

Canelo is the only 1 that has a resume worth a damn.

Canelo is way not #1. He has good resume, BUT he is far away from being as dominant as Loma or Inoue are. And both of them have a resume as well. Resume is a weak point for Crawford so far - he needs to overcome TR and get Spence to achieve #1. I'd go with Loma and Inoue somewhere between 1 and 2, followed by Bud and then Canelo with Usyk 5th. Usyk was unified, but was far from being dominant in some major fights he had.

This isn’t a real site. Anyways, the best pound for pound fighter is Canelo by far. Boxrec has the only legit pound for pound rankings list. All the rest are bogus. Anyways, Canelo has the money and the belts, and that’s what matters.
