While Eddie is focused on America is MTK Global taking over the UK?

So they are promoters and managers or do they go the Haymon route and have promoters do their cards?Matchroom still get all the top amatuers turning over, as long as that stays the same theyll remain on top. Though imo I think they should streamline, theyre an international promoter now, focus on the most talented guys, and drop the Sky exclusivity. Stop getting into spats with Warren, they operate at different levels now.
There wouldnt be as many complaints about them from UK fans if they done 1 high quality card a month, and allowed other smaller promoters to fill the rest of the Sky calendarComment

I'd bet you are right.
Sky is in a rough spot with this. Eddie is still the king of the UK, but he's f#cking other platforms behind Sky's back lol. Or hell right out in the open.
So the writing is on the wall for Sky, but Sky like that wife who's husband is ****ing the girl 10 years ago with bigger t^tties & is just hoping he sees the value in her or the competition just f#cks up at some point so the husband comes back home.
It'd be interesting if Sky dropped Eddie before Eddie dropped Sky, but I don't expect that to happen...or at least not with how things are looking like presently. Maybe something gets altered that makes it more viable for Sky to drop Eddie.Comment

They are a management company that represents fighters from all the UK stables and they use a guy named Lee Eaton as the lead promoter. The person they are most closely aligned with is Arum, cuz he is broadcasting all their shows on ESPN + and handing over guys like Conlan to fight on their cards in the UKComment

Yeah, this is their problem, SKY doesn't really have anywhere else to turn. Hennessy has gone in the ****ter, MTK right now is still kinda grassroots level and Warren is losing traction and almost ran them into the ground once, so they are just kinda stuck with the scraps that Hearn wants to throw them right now, cuz it's still better than what they could find elsewhere.I'd bet you are right.

They are doing a good job of putting on decent British level fights, but they are only shown on IFL TV's YouTube page in the UK. It's mostly domestic level guys in solid fights and guys signed to Warren and Hearn in stay busy fights when there aren't enough dates for them. They have moved comfortably into 3rd in UK promotion, passing Mick Hennessy, but they are still behind Warren and well behind Hearn.
