Canelo laughing at weight classes like Pacquiao in his prime. If he fights and beats Kovalev, then he definitively overtakes Floyd for FOTD IMO. Kovalev is obviously no longer the killer he was between 2012-2016 with two stoppage losses in the last two years, but this would still be a gargantuan leap for Canelo who was fighting at 154 less than 3 years ago.

Kovalev is a much tougher fight than Golovkin. Canelo doing what Golovkin fans wished Golovkin would have.

If they don't drain Kovalev to death, I'd love to see that fight. Although Kovalev is no longer the killer he used to be, it would be a big claim for Nelo
