    You have to overpay the top ones to have anyone at the bottom trying to get in.

    Pay the top fighters a logical amount and watch all the poor buggers on the breadline go and take a regular job.

        It's all about their drawing power. You think Messi and Ronaldo would be making hundreds of millions of dollars per year if soccer was watched by 300,000-500,000 people around the world? Absolutely not.

        All the top dollar fights were generated by the audience's interest to specific fighters.

        Iron Mike, Mayweather Jr., Pacquiao, Frazier, Ali etc..
