We're they always so short? It seems to me Most of the great fighters were below 5'8, and now days you're getting the likes of spence and bud who are considered huge welterweights even though they are only 5'10

Porter - 5'7 (probably closer to 5'6)
Manny - 5'5
Crawford - 5'8
Sergey Lipinets - 5'7
That's half of the welterweight top ten and all of them are shorter then even 5'9

Because most them moved up to welter and started off in lighter divisions
This why it silly to put Floyd and manny into h2h matches against Hearns or SRL
