if the fight goes over 8rounds, id pick PAC to win. diaz has good head defense, but really is mostly stationary, and pac will go to the body often making diaz put down his defense later in the fight. first 6rounds should be exciting, either fighter has a good chance to KO the other.
i like pacman, dont get me wrong. and its true diaz's movement isnt the greatest, but his hands are fast and he can take a punch. unless pacman puts him down, i dont see him winning. i dont know the last time diaz lost a round, its almost certain he will out point you.

good point. if diaz's opponents can't put him down, then diaz mostly will win on the cards as the busier figher. but pac is as fast, probably faster and busy too. and with diaz a not so hard target, pac can score too at will and even the points. if it goes the distance, it'll be a tough fight to score i believe.

I think this is a better fight for Diaz right now, instead of Corrales. Especially if Paquiao is moving up to 135lbs. I think Diaz can beat him. I like Manny but he is always off balance and fundamentally he is not vey sound. Not to take anything away from him, because he has beaten some very good fighters and in my opinion should be #2 p4p behind Winky, although he didn't look great against an extremely slower fighter in Larios. Diaz seems to never tire, has a stiff jab,a very good body attack, terrific combination puncher, keeps his hands up high (good defense),quick and is bigger and stronger than Manny. I think this would be a good fight, and I am not counting Manny out by any means because Manny is very tough and has a good left hand, also very quick. The only thing that Diaz lacks is knockout power, but he does everything else extremely well. Also, you don't have to have knockout power to win. Mayweather and Kassim Ouma are prime examples of that. Before people start piling on, I'm not comparing Diaz to Mayweather. I think this would be a great fight and I hope it happens. It would get Diaz's name out in the spotlight to more than just hardcore fans, and if he could beat Manny would be huge for his career. I think he should fight Manny, than maybe move onto Frietas, and hold off a little while on Chico. This is the oorder I would like to see him go in although I think Manny is a tougher challenge than Frietas. Well have to wait and see but I hope this happens.

Juan Diaz is more skilled in a pure boxing sense than both barrera and morales, the only person i can think of that has a similar style as a pure boxer is JMM, and pac had major problems with him after the 1st round of beatings. Pac would lose this fight.

Its easy for you to say that about your own guy, but how many instances have we seen where a filipino fighter or a fighter of another race loses to someone under the same circumstances and you come with the same reasoning as the post your replying to.

Juan Diaz has the advantage of course, he's bigger and is comfy with this weight. He's fast and busy.... but I still want to see this fight.

His opponents often dont see his punches coming because they come in so fast that they get caught off guard. Like JMM in the first round of there fight. He got caught cold because he wasnt use to the speed. As soon as he settled in , he took Pacs punches with relative ease. The first 2 KD's were flash anyways.
Overrate my ass. You're blind and downright ******.

                    You wanna know why?

                    Just one simple answer amigo.

Who has KTFO'd MOrales? The only guy to do so in such a brutal fashion? Broken ribs, broken cheekbones, broken eye sockets, broken nose.

Now if you call that overrated, then I don't know what real power is.

And also give me a flyweight who has literally destroyed all-time 130lb greats? Lol!
