Speaking of making chit up. Can you point me to proof?

It's just as I predicted. I knew something like this was going to happen and I knew a day like this would come. The state of Nevada has buckled under pressure. They were forced to duck for cover because in the court of public opinion, boxing fans were outraged by the decision to not have random VADA testing for this fight.

I mean WTF is that about? If the man is tested more than most then why did they say " His participation in the program has been spotty in recent years" Thats sounds like some biased chit.
Maybe "spotty" means that VADA showed up when Senator Manny was in a secret meeting and the Phillipine government said don't answer the door for these Johovah's Witness looking mofos.

Or... maybe he just flat out "cancelled" a few like Canelo did.

Well, the reporter should tell us what that is. If hes tested more than most whats the issue?

As the article indicated, any fighter can enroll in the WBC's VADA-CBP but there is no guarantee that they will ever be tested. It just means that they are eligible to contend for their title because they registered and signed up for it.

However, it doesn't necessarily mean they are ever going to be tested. It only means that they are eligible to be tested at random without prior notice or warning between fights.

The WBC requires all of it's boxers who are currently ranked among their top 15 boxers in the world to enroll in the program.

It also indicated that hes been tested more than most. It didnt say they tried to test him more than most.

For any validity with ped testing, it should be done 3 months out, not 3 weeks. This is a joke.
