Is the WBA Fair Boxing program a joke?

I already have very little respect for the WBA because of their "regular" and "super" champion bullshit.

But now they aren't serious about enforcing VADA testing either?

Supposedly all WBA champions and top 5 contenders were supposed to test with VADA under the new WBA Fair Boxing program.

But Pacquiao vs Thurman will not have VADA testing.

Idk enough about it to say its legit or not.

I know more about the WBC program & that seems less effective than it could be.

I guess its all a positive movement towards change if nothing else doe. Boxing has been holding guard on allowing cheating forever. So these moves are a step towards change & being a good thing so thats better than its been.

And honestly be careful what you wish for with PED catching programs. Go look at the UFC & all the events that have been f#cked up & all the guys suspended thats damaged their brand since going harder than anyone in pro sports with PED sh^t.

    Look at the list.
A list of all anti-doping rule violations / sanctions issued by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) in its history. Includes athlete & coach sanctions.

78 MMA guys have been suspended.

They are all full of shyt. WBC implements VADA/USADA, but doesn't do all that much to enforce it. The Charlo brothers were allowed to miss their VADA tests last year with only a modest fine from the WBC. All these sanctioning bodies are full of shyt. Now that PPV fights are drying up, the WBA wants to ensure they get their sanctioning fees for the biggest fights out there. They don't want to risk a failed drug test and have to kiss that fee goodbye or strip a big name fighter of his title.

It has to exist in order for it to be a joke. Do we have any proof this program actually exists???

Best part is LDBC cry Canelo and injustice but are quiet when you mention Tony or RJJ...

Or better, they cry from a nano trace of a banned substance where a fight is cancelled, a fighter doesn’t even perform, though wins in better fashion upon his return, and again, the LDBC, will keep quiet not to question PBC and Haymon with no advanced drug testing. The karma is approaching

WBA Unveils 'Fair Boxing' - Their New VADA Drug Testing Program
The World Boxing Association officially introduced its "Fair Boxing" program, which the sanctioning body designed to combat the use of banned substances in boxing. The announcement was made at a press conference earlier today in Panama City, Panama. What are you talking about? Whatever you're talking about has nothing to do with what I said so why are you quoting me?

I've seen that. Have you every heard a fighter say they're being tested under the WBA program or has the WBA ever released a list of fighters enrolled or released a list of fighters dropped from the rankings for not enrolling?

Do we have any actual evidence this program exists outside of them announcing they were starting it?
