It was sad to watch Rigondeaux last night.

One of the greatest defensive fighters ever getting lit up by some C level dude. Very sad. People should watch this video to remember how slick Rigondeaux was in his prime.

i think he was told he had to fight that way in order to sell tickets, remember when he fought like that he was labeled boring, meanwhile fury was praised, it was sad as hell to watch him fight like that

I don't understand your point. Rigondeaux is clearly not the same fighter he once was. Why are you bringing up Fury?

Rigo has declined in recent years
To be honest I’d rather watch last nights Rigo than the old one

Rigo is definitely past it, but he's been caught and hurt more than other "defensive wizards."

The legs aren't the same anymore and fighters from this point on will just start taking the fight to him and try to bully him on the inside.

rigo said after the fight that he wanted to fight that kind of fight, and we know its so that he can be labeled more exciting... whenever he fought like he used to everyone called it boring, but when fury just did it everyone loved it. maybe his legs are gone and he really has to fight this way. but fans are so fickle

It did make for a very exciting fighting though. I found it personally entertaining. I like this new style of fighting by Guillermo. It was very crowd pleasing. He showed his toughness. He showed that he can take an asswhooping. It was a fun television fight.

He is old but it was an entertaining fight.

                  I loved that knock out.

i liked it when he fought in asia and broke that dudes face.

i look forward to his next fight to see what he does.

the left that he landed was a beaut.
