Paulie was supposed to kill Artem. This was boxing with no gloves. Paulie has a lifetime of experience in boxing and Artem is 13-15 MMA fighter, meaning he's a terrible MMA fighter.

Bareknuckles rules are supposed to allow hold and punch clinch work but the refs broke the clinch in a regular boxing way, so the rules favored Paulie (he said that the clinch was the only thing that worried him).

Paulie shat the bed, even if he did break his hand, 1 hand should be enough to beat Artem.

Only idiots think Pauline was supposed to kill anyone.

I have watched and felt Paulie did actually win 4 out of 5 rounds. He looked old and shot to **** just like he did in the Eggerton fight but he did enough to win imo. I think the myth that bareknuckle punches are harder than a gloved punch needs to be addressed. If you get a soccer ball and kick it barefoot tgen kick it with a boot guess what, the kick with a boot is harder. Your mind knows your foot or hand is protected so you strike harder. If any of you box then just compare the force you get in bagwork with a glove on then throw barefist. Guaranteed you will generate more force with the glove. Forget about the asthetic damage on the face from bare fist.. That is just skin damage. A glove is also a larger surface area which equals more force. The point is that Paulie struggles to hurt people with a gloved fist. He is not going to shake people up with single shots from a barefist. He was always the worst option for barefist and that is not taking into account a 2 year layoff and being shot to ****.

This was purely a business decision. There was no way Paulie would get the decision because that would shiat all over that Bare knuckle franchise. Everyone would know their fighters or rather bums are just purely **** for losing to someone who wouldn't win a boxing match in a proper fight. All these ignorant keyboard people talking about aggression know nothing about fighting or boxing. It's not just about moving forward but landing shots. I just hope Paulie made some money for the headbutts he recieved and making that rubbish franchise known.

This fight was nothing short of money grab for Paulie Malignaggi. No he didn't dishonor or disgrace the sport of boxing or himself.

Yet at the same time; He just didn't throw or land enough punches and neither did his opponent of whom seemed to have gotten the worse of the beating from Paulie to win the fight because he's not a slugger and has bad hands .

It wasn't a lot of action; Just a lot of holding and wrestling. Lobov won on just pure aggression alone. He didn't do shit either. He hardly threw or landed any punches either.

He isn't wrong. But BKFC have seemingly made a statement with that decision with regard to their scoring criteria, particularly relative to conventional boxing: aggression--even plodding and ineffectual--will apparently be awarded above all else. It is what it is and does carry a certain logic in terms of what BKFC's main demographic wants to see. He probably does need to hang them up for good.

He IS wrong. He didn't throw damn near anything for three rounds. There's only five of them.

That's the beauty of having an odd number of rounds. You're almost always going to get a winner. It's a beautiful thing.

That's unfortunate, that you'd let Paulie's piss poor performance qualify that decision. That fight is NOWHERE NEAR what BKFC is usually like. Go watch Lobov's first fight against Jason Knight, it was way more action and Jason Knight actually put up a damn good fight.





People need to understand. BKFC IS NOT BOXING, it's a FIGHT. If you don't come to fight, you lose. It's simple. You can't jab and run and expect to win when your opponent is walking you down for 3 rounds.
