Why would he need to fight an eliminator for the IBF? He was offered the Joshua fight anyway. Whyte has been chasing Wilder for 3 years, he wants the Wilder fight and Wilder has been ducking. He turned down his biggest ever pay day (at the time) to avoid Whyte.

It was a side note only...

... And i don't know why "Whyte has been chasing Wilder for 3 years"... I thought that AJ would have had chased him instead...

Painfully obvious ..... only guys to get a shot are pbc fighters and a out of shape coke head (who he lost to)

Whyte won’t get a shot untill fury officially takes the belt
Whyte turned down an IBF eliminator against Pulev also, are the IBF in Pulev’s promotors pocket also ? Wake up.

Whyte had the Joshua fight anyway if he wanted it, he didn't. Why would he fight an eliminator for a fight he didn't want? Use your brain.

As much as I dislike Beetlejuice I have to admit he has been royally screwed by the WBC. He accepted the Ordered mandatory fight with Breazeale only for him to jump in with Wilder instead he also accepted the mandatory order against Fury only for Fury to chicken out. He certainly deserves his shot ahead of Fury. Suppose we will soon find out how they are gonna screw Whyte next. I think the WBC (and many others) suspect that Whyte might beat Wilder and they cannot allow that to happen.

I was suprised at wilders team outright refusing to fight whyte for the biggest payday offered back then, and the offer was more then hes guarantee against fury... whyte is a good top heavyweight but he isnt no boogeyman that goes around destroying his opponents, hes been in hard fights against a well past his prime chisora, yet wilders team just dont want to risk it, i believe wilder would spark whyte out... but his team dont have the bottle to let there man go out there and do it.

I think that’s pretty fair. But I’d much rather see Wilder face Fury next in a rematch to settle the draw. But I like a Whyte fight too he’s earned it.
The only thing is while AJ and Wilder will be in tough fights. Fury will be fighting another D list opponent and thumping his chest

Anyone notice how Whyte's standard of opponent is way higher than Fury and Wilder's??

Those guys get a pass same as Ortiz , breezele , Kownacki .... there’s a pattern - PBC guys get the in-house shot at the wbc title
