What an upset in a really really
Good fight, Ref did the right thing! Acosta was momentarily defenseless when the ref stopped it and Soto who showed undeniable will and iron chin wasn’t gonna stop the assault after landing that beauty of a left hook(has a good overhand right too)!

Soto showed how good he is and has loads of potential to improve on things!

Acosta was winning the fight by terrorizing Soto with combos of body shots and double left hooks upstairs nearly all night!

Amazing win by Soto to beat a mini
Monster in Acosta, Acosta should’ve listened to his corner going into the 12th!

I think actually there are not good trainers, promotors and talents
.....You're right about the money-hungry promoters, but there are good trainers and lots of young talent, but I think there are too many distractions here, beautiful island, beautiful women, great food, nice weather, parties everywhere, being part of the USA...fcuk boxing, bendito!!!

Bad bad stoppage..The ref really messed up on this one..Such a good fight & in the last round the ref didn't even give Acosta(who was ahead in all 3 cards) a chance to react..I've seen fighters in worst condition finish the round.

I didn't see anything wrong with the stoppage. The guy got clipped and didn't appear to have the ability to defend his self. Check Acosta's posture as the ref jumped in. It was the same body language from when he got clipped.

I like THIS observation a lot, referencing the corner. If the corner felt he was ahead on points, why not give him instructions to take a knee if he gets in trouble? Even if they did or didn't, he still could have tried that route.

I get this is all hindsight 20/20 and armchair talk, it's just a shame sometimes to see guys lose in the 12th round like that.

The angle they showed during the fight made it look like a questionable stoppage but they showed a different angle on replays and it was a good stoppage. Acosta was out
