Fury is so good, he makes you feel unsure of reality itself
Who is the greatest of all time? Larry Holmes Lennox Lewis Vitali or Tyson Fury?

No, Angelo Dundee made the decision, not Ali.
Ali had nothing left, but he didn't turn away or do anything that a ref could've taken as "I've had enough."
There were times in the later rounds when Holmes looked very vengeful and had no pity, and tried to get Muhammad out of there. Muhammad wouldn't go.
Hell, Muhammad Ali didn't even quit after the Holmes fight. He took on wild and dangerous Berbick and managed to go the distance.
PS, Fury has only shown good head movement and flexibility against amateurs like Swartz, and against guys who aren't really known as brilliant boxers (Wilder). Why fans are so fond of this bullet-headed bully is beyond me. He'd be sort of amusing if he wasn't a thick-headed racist ignorant fool proud of his thieving heritage. He'd rather be called Gypsy than British.Comment

You must be from a sh@t hole. That's nothing to be proud of.
Lol nice try to cover up your lack of Ali knowledge you absolute fkn dimwit. You thought he went to the pen because ydksab. Now, you can crawl back into your hole and do some research next time before opening your trap.
I know relevance is a concept far over your head ...Comment

I was alive and well as it happened a**wipe ... watched the whole thing play out. As far as being able to box he was in the pen for those years. I understand you gotta try to rest your name on a minor detail though ... newsflash: no one cares about your detail, only that Ali wasn't allowed to fight.
I know relevance is a concept far over your head ...
Gotcha. Lol
Ali could do whatever he wanted to do aside from fight professionally. Spar, train, run, whatever. When he came back, he had several tune up fights to be ready for Frazier and lost. IN HIS PRIME.
Just save face and f@ck off ya liar.Comment

He looked more than special against Wlad.
You just don't know what you saw.
Anyone who makes the "wlad didn't throw punches Fury didn't do anything" argument DOESN'T KNOW BOXING.
It's that simple. It really is. If you really saw anything other than a true masterclass and schooling, we are done lol. It's not a debate. Ignoring facts gets us nowhere.Comment

He defeated Earnie Shavers twice. Once after being floored by him but got up to knock him out.
Also, as far as Witherspoon is concerned; He was a great defensive fighter. He gave Larry a very close fight and he pushed him to the limits.
He had him in trouble in rounds 7 and 9 but overall Holmes did more than enough to win that fight. It wasn't his best performance; However, Witherspoon just wasn't active enough.
As far as Williams and Spinks are concerned; All of them were close and controversial fights. By that time, Larry was beginning to show signs of aging.
He was not at his best. Williams got off to very fast start and was actually out jabbing Holmes but Larry picked up the pace and won it down the stretch.
The two Spinks fights were very close and controversial. I'll concede that Spinks probably won their first bout but in the rematch I thought Larry was robbed. He clearly beat Spinks but they gave it to Michael anyway.
Their bouts were very close, controversial and very reminiscent of the Golovkin/Canelo bouts.
Seriously, you could have built that thread by copy-pasting comments i've made regarding Holmes in other threads. I am not saying that your evaluation of those fights is wrong, but the implication seems lost on you.
Here's the best you can hope for:
- Holmes enjoys some parity in fights against/sexual assaults from Lewis and Wlad because of their questionable chins.
- Wilder (waaay more dangerous and durable than Shavers) is a bit of an unknown because he's always been on the offensive - we don't know what might happen if he's forced on the backfoot.
- Fury most likely wins every round but Holmes definitely goes the distance.
- Even though Holmes might get his shyte pushed in by Vitali, at least he'll be the more charismatic fighter and probably last the long, painful distance.Comment
