Because of his awesome skill natural genetic gifts especially and performances vs his peers) he will probably always be talked about as a potential GOAT
He got some floyd moves for sure. Would be neat if someone made a video comarison of Fury and Floyd and other defensive fighters. After he lands his punch, Fury steps to the side and moves his head back sideways (looking over a shoulder) same exact move floyd used many times, moving before their opponent even starts their counter punch.

Ok, but did know that he also lost several title fights as well and only held a title less than two years? He's very overrated and is nowhere near Wladimir in all time ranking. Not even close.

Holmes, Lewis, Vitali piss all over Fury.I can't believe how highly some rate Fury who's resume is basically total garbage plus Vlad/Wilder and he drew one of those fights.

So he basically has 1 victory over a top fighter.

He shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath as Holmes or Lewis.

Damn, you guys really on the hype train. Biggest accomplishment of Fury's career is a draw with Wilder...the fans here have the biggest reach

Let's see how Fury's record looks by the time he's close to Wladimir's age. And that's IF he's even still fighting at that point. Only then can we begin to talk about Fury as one of the greats.

Bro, i promise you this guy will fight total trash inbetween holding out for a big payday v Wilder or Joshua.

                  He's a con-man, it's in his genetics.

Ali's speed was like Wilder's power. It worked great until it didn't. A guy like Vitali or Fury is going to use his superior size and skill to make Ali look pedestrian. Anyone who's followed Boxing for just a little bit knows that.
None of those guys fought a prime Ali. Anyone who knows anything about that period, knows Ali was never the same fighter following his hiatus.
The 70’s version of Ali beat all three of those guys anyway.

                    You clearly DKSAB...

The Shavers, Lyles, Norton, Terrell, Liston, Williams, etc. I would even give Gerry Cooney a fair chance to beat Wlad.

We won't even start with Joe Louis fighting these guys.

"Louis fought thirteen times in 1935. The bout that helped put him in the media spotlight occurred on June 25, when Louis knocked out 6'6", 265-pound former world heavyweight champion Primo Carnera in six rounds." - Wiki

Size doesn't determine anything. Most of todays guys (and people in general) are bigger due to hormones given to "meat" animals in our food chain.
Size doesn't matter at all? What an ignorant statement. Btw,, say what you want about Wladimirs reign but he beat two olympic gold medalists, barely lost to a 3rd at 41 years old and the top contenders in his era were much, much larger men than in any other era. Btw, Carnera was trash. No more than a carnival side show. Go look what Max Baer did to him. Joe Louis' win over that bigger man means very little.
