“New Media” is an alternative study that many city colleges sell as a course for “alternatives.” Boxing Ego must have been inspired by the course he took in the Bay Area and figured he would just say it on Dontae’s Boxing Nation when Ego only had 18K followers and double dipping on Dontae’s love streams to attract followers.

Any city college could label New Media and make a course for it. DBN and Ego coin phrased it as an alternative for standardized industry “journalism.”

Right, right, DBN and Ego are doing quite successful, as I mentioned in the thread, both new and old got valid points on many aspects of the game you know. I learn from both as a student of the sport.

You need new media to reach a broader audience, without a REAL channel to at least talk boxing on some form of social media,you will be limited.

New media also comes with new levels of ******ity ( see the LDBC channels ) !


You also don't have to be a rocket scientist to do a few hours of research and PRETEND you know what you are talking about and create a NEW media label for yourself either. lol

In the end idiots will follow idiots and smart people will follow smart people so new media for the most part gives the sport a bad name as dumb people out weigh smart ones by a mile ( just look at the forum ). lol
