There's the chance that Eddy might let the Mexicans pay for the rematch. Let them give Andy $50 mil, AJ gets a bonus for agreeing to ignore his contract and somebody else takes the risks. Do it at sea level for the fans sake.

To be fair to everyone involved. It should be in MSG again. Not in Mexico, not in England. That way no one complains about any home advantages. Neutral location. If Ruiz wins again, then his next fight should be in the Estadio Azteca. He deserves that homecoming fight and Mexico would show out for him.

Mexico has really modern soccer stadiums and a few modern indoor arena's.
It's doable in Mexico without issue. Infrastructure isn't a problem.

I agree with you that infrastructure isn't a problem and certainly ticket sales would not be a problem. The problem, and it's a big one, is oxygen, or lack thereof. Mexico City has an effective oxygen percentage of about 16 as opposed to a sea level percentage of about 21.
Is there a modern stadium, at about sea level, in Mexico that could support the fight??

Gotcha. Fair point.
Probably one in Monterrey or Guadalajara. Unsure, unless it would be a soccer stadium.
