Unfortunately Joshua looks more on the Frank Bruno side of things; great physique, rather slow, tendency to lose composure and panic when hit.

Still, he may be able to get back if he fights Ruiz intelligently in the rematch.

A lot of genuine insiders were caught spreading utter bullshìt throughout the ages. Sometimes a clever detached observer can go further than someone directly involved.

In any case, a boxing forum cannot possibly be attended exclusively by the categories you mention. You have to accept the inclusion of a sizeable chunk of casual populace.

I think deep down he's relieved.its alot of pressure to stay unbeaten that's why Ruiz had the advantage he had nothing to lose.cant everybody be like Floyd

To me, he has already far eclipsed Bruno in every way. For such a short reign, Joshua has quite an impressive resume`. That said, he was well in the fight and before he got rocked in the 3rd, he dropped Ruiz and was looking like he was about to smash him with ease. I compare him to someone more like a younger Wlad Klitschko than Bruno. AJ will bounce back.

I think he was probably more relieved that ass beating had ended then his title reign ended. That was a bad f#cking night for Joshua & Eddie's life expectancy probably got lowered by 5 years.

Klitchko? Whyte? Both those fights he took ages to recover from a big hit. He just has a terrible chin and slow recovery. He doesn't really panic.

He's always reminded me of Frank Bruno but he's a lot faster than Frank was. He's not really slow - just compared to some boxers he is.

Agree its amazing what money can buy. gold medals, world titles... all available at a price.

It worked well until AJ faced a decent boxer, and didnt have the ref protecting him every 10 seconds.

AJ still sounding like an arrogant try hard, wise know it all. I am sure what ever is left of his entourage still laps it up.
At least AJ has stopped talking about his "Legacy", and whether or not he will break "Andy Ruiz's" jaw.

True, very scurrilous. I never liked AJ as a boxer, now he's showing his nature as a man, as well.
