Eh? this is not about Wilder.

At least Wilder has been fighting top10 opposition since 2016.

Szpilka, Washington, a **** Stiverne and Arreola (all his fights in 2016 and 2017) are not even close to being top 10 opponents. Ortiz and Fury are all he's faced and he lost to Fury. He's a can crusher and a minimally talented bum.

Is this what boxing has been reduced to? Lying to other people and justifying fights that have no place happening as opposed to encouraging that the top fighters should be fighting other top 10 opponents?

Shwartz was an unknown commodity, unproven, didn't look the part and never fought a meaningful soul.....It showed as he threw a pitiful amount of punches, went down on his own and laid against the ropes waiting for the ref to stop him.

We will continue to get trashy fights as long as there are fans like this guy who continue to lie to themselves and give their fave boxer's unconditional passes as if these opponents have an ounce of credibility.

Sadly, Spilka, Stiverne, Arreola and Washington have more credibility than that German franfurter kiosk owner had. Swartz would fall 2nd best in his own household.

Why the hell does Fury need to fight this calibre after a convincing fight with Wilder? This is a step backwards in terms of competition. Anything bad said about Wilder can be yelled at about Fury as his best opponent was against an aging gun-shy Wlad and against a guy you call a "minimally talented bum".

Fat Fury will get a pass for fighting a bum from his fangirls as always.

Let's keep it 100% honest. Even the people attempting to act like Fury's damage control soldiers cannot pretend like they were even REMOTELY enthusiastic about this crap when it was announced.

To justify this mess afterwards only makes them liars and hypocrites.

I like how they try to magnify the fight against Wilder by claiming he was only at 50% and coming off of a retirement and jumping in against Wilder......then they turn around and say Wilder was a bum.
Either it is a credible "win" or it's not-they can't get on the same page.

Then to say Fury was 50% after having 2 tune-ups prior to Wilder and weighing damn near the same in this fight against Shwartz only proves that he really was around peak Fury form while fighting Wilder. Matter of fact, these fans have short term memories as a supposed "peak" version of Fury was abusing PEDS after his greatest victory in gun-shy Klitschko.

Are you ******? I didn't defend Fury for a second. I'm just pointing out how you lied about Wilder's resume. I don't think Schwarz was good enough to be in the ring with Fury you fool. Wilder is still a minimally talented bum, I'm not taking that back.

Also the use of the phrasing an aging gun shy Wlad is just pathetic. He had been gun shy since Corrie Sanders and he'd been old a long time at that point but he was king above all. This was a dominant Wlad that no one could touch and Wilder ducked. Fury outclassed the best boxer in the division in terms of boxing ability, yeah, that was impressive by all means.

                      Money, Money

There is so much money to be made milking one of the many, many alphabet belts available now fighters don't want to risk losing. Take the heavyweights all the top fighters talk a lot of baloney but in the end fighting each other only happens when the money just gets so insane or the fighters start to decline and don't want to risk losing the big financial bonanza before they pack it in. Fury fought Wilder because he made a ton of money and Wilder saw Fury and ring rusty and not in peak shape. Joshua made a carrer at fighting big names when they were either old or he held a huge physical advantage and played it safe until he started believing his own press and lost to Ruiz. Joshua will now have a couple of fights with Ruiz and the rematch between Fury and Wilder won't happen anytime soon. Remember Mayweather and Pacman, both were on the downward swing and did it for the money
