1. He’s signed with TR/ESPN
2. He beat Fury’s cousin Hughie so there’s a narrative they can play on
3. He’s ranked #1 with the IBF and we know how stringent they are with mandatories. Getting Fury to #1 would be a good power play for Arum especially considering the winner of Ruiz-AJ 2 will have the mandatories piling up.
