No f#cking doubt. This mfer & his wife shouldn't be doing ANYTHING for this sport cept sitting in the audience.

Can't say I blame the WBC for not sanctioning this fight now with these two f#ckheads involved. Although in fairness the WBC did okay one of the 4 so if they okay'd 1 of these f#ckheads then I guess I don't get their issue.

      Someone said he is 75

      Wtf is that about

Refs should have a max age limit imo

I wouldn’t have dqd but he should have given the guy 2 mins to recover

He also should have given a 5 minute break due to the guy being kd way past the bell imo let him recover properly

With the elbow and the bell it was a horrible showing for the old guy. The Sky commentators didn't seem to catch it either. I heard it but after the prolonged ringing I just thought it was the dipsh**it Euro crowd. You know how they do.

Boxrec gives his date of birth as 1942-12-31.

Which would make him 76 years old. Going on 77.

Question for anyone who happens to know, is there any sort of yearly eye tests, hearing tests, memory tests or anything like that going with refs/judges that would automatically weed out older people feeling the effects of aging who maybe aren't fit to do the job anymore?

Idk that I'd like to see a cutoff age necessarily cuz I think there are some old ass younger people that maybe aren't fit for the job & some young ass older people who are still fit for the job.

If there isn't a physical exam that refs have to pass then there certainly should be.

With eye exams and hearing checks included.

As bad or worse than Jersey Joe Walcott in Liston-Clay II. Clueless.

Like any other profession, old folks who can no longer do their job properly are kept around because they've made powerful friends in their long careers.
