Your guess is as good as mine... obvious places to look are choice of officials and sanctioning fees regs, but that should all have been sorted by now. Perhaps the fees haven't been forthcoming but were promised prior to the fight or perhaps there's been some unresolved dispute over officials we ain't aware of....

Funny though - I mean they managed to pull of this ish in Latvia last year so I doubt it's anything to do with unfamiliarity or conflict with the local governing body...

Who knows? I'm sure details will come in time.

I don't understand, the last sentence in the article says this:

Ironically, Glowacki and Briedis have one defeat on their individual records - and both of those defeats came at the hands of Usyk.
I would probably have phrased it '... each have one defeat on their individual records..', but the meaning seems clear enough to me. Where's the inaccuracy?

The WBC talking about integrity haha.

Wonder what the problem is though, it's very late in the day.

Could this be a "drug testing" issue?

If it's a WBSS issue, I highly doubt they'd sanction Dorticos-Tabiti. The next two guys down the list are Makabu and Kudryashov and they fight on Sunday. So if this doesn't get resolved in a couple of hours, watch the Makabu-Kudryashov WBC silver fight turn into a world title fight.

[QUOTE=1hourRun;19831837]Whatever the reason is I trust Don Mauricio Sulaimán. The WBO should also pull their championship out of this bum-euro contest.

Andrew Tabiti and Yuniel Dorticos should fight for the WBC instead.[/QU

You can't be serious? The wbss has been better for boxing then any sanctioning bodie has ever been. All four bodies most likely engage in corrupt practices, yet you trust the leader of arguably the most corrupt organization. Comments like that will destroy your reputation on this forum dude lol.....
