LOL nah, I don't think it's that serious that I would call it tumour. He just needs to lose that fat. I see that he has been losing even more fat especially around his abs, but that love handles are apparently tough for him to get rid of for some reason, or maybe he needs to do more oblique exercises, I don't know. It's a tough area to tone down for many people who put on weight in that area. I don't think it matters for him since he seems satisfied, so it's all good I guess.
