    5 no?

My impression is that it's been that way for 20 years or more. Meaning boxing is neither growing nor fading compared to how it was before.

I do think there's many more boxers making 6/7 figure dollars per fight now compared to pre-PBC - and Haymon's efforts have seen competitors have to step up and match. DAZN is starting to pour money in as well.

Soccer though has maybe greatest depth of earnings. Most premier league first-teamers and that is close to 300 or so are making 7/8 figures and then you can add another 1000 players around the world. Even in a country like Ecuador top players are making 6 figures per year.

Yeah, his 'clowning' scares the sponsors away - but also is a large part in his self-promotion that gets him bigger paydays. Ditto Fury.

Wait a damn Minute "Wilder ONLY Makes $2-3 Million A Fight"

Great to see Boxing represented on that list though, hopefully more fighters are on that list in the near future

I remember Snoop saying years ago that Forbes isn't reliable. Their was some Arab billionaire that sued Forbes awhile back saying they put wrong figures up and wasn't reliable. Why are people counting other people's money anyways?

Josh only fought once based on how they calculated it. This is for May 2018-May 2019. Only the Povetkin fight was added.

He fought Parker in Mar 2018 and Ruiz in June 2019. They both didn’t make what they added up.

Wilder didn’t make $30million. Forbes just pulled that out of thin air.

I’m sure they’re trying to tell us he made $20million from the Breazeale fight looooool.

Really wish they would leave boxing out of this list..part of the problem with the fan base today is the large focus on money and a-side nonsense.

Nice, they made an article for the fans who cares about how much a boxer makes.
