What will it take for Tyson Fury to be considered an ATG heavyweight?

I wish the acronym ATG had never been invented. But since it's here, what is the definition of ATG? Considering Fury as an ATG would mean Ingemar Johansson is an ATG. He fought about the same level of Euros that Fury did, and his claim to the HW crown was a lot more destructive than Fury's dull and non-entertaining victory over a 40yr passive HW past his prime which earned him the "lineal" HW belt (if you believe ESPN). He most recent draw over Wilder was memorable only for him getting up after a brutal knockdown.
I have nothing against Fury since he returned from mental and drug issues. For him to be even in the same breath as Dempsey, Louis, Ali (who I am sure everyone would consider an ATG) then he needs A LOT more unequivocal wins over credible opponents. He can do it for sure, he just hasn't done it yet.
KO or get past Wilder without numerous knockdowns, beat the Joshuas, the Ruiz', the Whites, the Parkers of the HW world and THEN we can talk.

Fury already beat Wilder, the supposed "hardest puncher in the history of the sport" so that must count for something.

He would need multi title defenses .
He has ZERO title defenses ,you cant be a TRUE ATG without them ,nothing to really discuss here unless he grew wings or something special beyond 2 good wins. .
He also has to stay in his lane and should keep out of others careers when he is a self destructive character that shouldn't be ridiculing anyone when he's the one that wants sympathy for mental issues ? lol

He went to America and should have gotten a win against Wilder, when not many thought he could.
If he beats Wilder in a rematch, beat Joshua and maybe Ruiz or whoever may be holding some belts and becomes undisputed.
Would you consider him an ATG heavyweight?
I would.
People consider Klit an all-time great and all he did was rack up defenses against subpar talent.
If he beats AJ, Wilder, and Ruiz legitimately without losing, then yeah, he's replacing Vlad in the top 10 to me.

British fanatics will say Fury is ATG even if he starts taking steroids again and retire tomorrow so there's that.
Alright bud. take a seat please.
