Fury vs Schwartz potentially for WBO title

Apparently, Fury said that WBO is considering the Fury-Schwarz match for the belt or a mandatory.

Fury is currently ranked 2nd and Schwarz 3rd in the WBO rankings. So, the winner will be mandatory for the WBO belt and Andy Ruiz will be asked to defend his mandatory BEFORE Joshua rematch. If he doesn't, which is quite possible due to his rematch clause, WBO might strip him of the belt and award it to the winner of Fury-Schwarz.

If true, we'll have 3 champs and more "unification" fights. Also, Fury will actually have something to put on instead of his invisible champion one.

Fury is wrong. The WBO won’t call a mandatory until after the IBF calls one and the IBF hasn’t yet.

Ridiculous if true. Ruiz earned that belt. I'm a Fury fan but fighting Schwarz for a title someone actually owns already is laughable

Why? What has WBO and IBF have in common?

Well, that will depend. If true, the belt will be vacant as soon as Ruiz signals he is taking the rematch instead of his mandatory next.

What is more ridiculous is that Tom Schwarz is ranked #3 in the rankings. Technically, it will be #2 fighting #3 so no issues there.

All those belts belong to Fury anyway.

              Is Whyte #1 or Rivas?

No, he lost them because of going on a bender for a couple of years and taking PEDs.

Not when Fury did not defend them for well over two years.

Although that was true under Joshua it may no longer be valid. Ruiz gained all belts at the same time so who is first in the order?
