then why would you approve of him fighting a guy who stands no chance to win, rather than one who will be competitive, who he still has the edge on but will give a good fight?

      plus he gets 8 mill.

Im not sure but it's STARTING to sunds a bit like someone is DUCKING someone else.

not yet though cuz he hasnt chosen spinks yet.

think as a boxing fan not a floyd fan.
Actually...truthfully if we thought as boxing fans, we would be thinking about how this actually would be his 5th title in less time than anyone else ever in history. Floyd could actually make history with this victory.

because his plan makes a lot of sense to me. Fight a slick boxer instead of Margarito to get ready for Mosley plus getting use to 154 and grabbing a belt.

as a fan not a historian, that's true it would be historical but not a very competitive fight. Spinks style, chin and power are perfect to get his ass ktfo by mayweather or dominated. wouldn't you rather watch a competitive fight were floyd actually risks losing somewhat (although he'd def be the favorite also, just not as lopsided).

No, he won't you piece of ****.
In the olden days there was only 1 belt per division and there was LESS weight classes. There was no such thing as 130, 140, etc.

Also, he only became the REAL champ in 130 and 135, but if you wanna compare it to history, then he was only champion in 135 because 130 wasn't always out there.

At 140, Tszyu was the champion then Hatton took it. Gatti was just a paper champion. Also, 140 was not in history.

At 147, Judah was not the real champion, it was Baldomir, it's funny how they claimed Judah as the champion when he had just lost.

              STFU ***got.

Imagine if Robinson was alive today, he would grab like 15 titles easily with the **** that's happening today.

his plans do make sense. they are smart and safe. but smart and safe is not the way to make fans happy.

the demand for the marg fight is much more than the spinks fight (virtually non-existent).

You can call me whatever names you want, Im still correct. If he wins, its 5 belts in 5 weight classes, period.

I love how some of you react at the least hostile statement I could make.
