Porter signed a month ago...Spence still hasn't signed the contract. I'm guessing Haymon will push Kenny to give Spence more time but if Spence dosen't pull the trigger (I wouldn't allow Haymon to use Shawn like a pawn) Shawn should just move on. The next time Spence claims "Porter is easy work" Shawn should come right back with, "you had your chance, you ducked me, you ducked Crawford, you're all talk".

Sigh....I know someone who is close friends with Marcus Watson. Deal with Spence/Crawford is being targeted for May 2019. Spence is apparently more intrigued by Pac/Thurman winner and wants the winner of that fight, then Crawford. Crawford is supposedly working on a deal with Haymon to fight winner of Ugas/Figueroa at the end of the year.

So, stop the duck talk. Be appreciative of the fact that Haymon and Bob are still working together to string together fights. Some of yall get too caught up in the chitter chatte...Its all a ploy to increase interest in the fights we all want to see.

If it's true Porter has signed but Spence has not yet, it leads me to believe that possibly they are holding off for a possible fight with Canelo?

Maybe I am just dreaming. I would love to see that fight.

Spence would get his biggest pay day along with a worse beating against Canelo. His style is tailor made for Canelo and he’s at a size disadvantage. He needs to focus on cleaning out the welterweight division first. It doesn’t matter what weight he walks around with. What matters is his best fight weight and I truly believe that’s 147. He doesn’t have explosive KO power. He has thudding power that wears a fighter down. I don’t think it would be effective against a highly skilled counter puncher like Canelo, who has been hit by bigger and stronger opposition. Spence should attempt to unify at 147(which is not guaranteed either) and then move up to 154. I don’t think he beats Julian Williams either. If the Porter that fought Thurman shows up, we will finally see Spence tested. I like Spence, but I need to see other technical dimensions from him before I’m completely sold on him.

Porter is too short to try to outbox Spence from the outside. He needs to get on the inside and let his hands go without ceasing. He will to have to a very high work rate in order to defeat Erroll Spence, Jr. He has to back him up and make it a very physical and fast paced fight. It's his only chance of winning.

It's simple, Thurman spends too much time talking about other fighters. He's trying to get a TV analyst gig like Paulie M, won't happen, he's too ugly & dumb...he's about to get his a** kicked soon also. So called fighters who talk about other fighters most definitely can't fight either!
