    Fury v. Wilder question

I feel like the public consensus has shifted over time regarding their first meeting.

Right after the fight, it seemed that most people were talking about how Fury got up from the knockdowns and how it was surprising. Also, that he probably deserved the win.

Recently, however, I feel like the general consensus is that Fury was lucky they didn’t called off the fight and that Wilder had a good case for not just a draw, but a win.

I am more or less a neutral (not a fan of either of their trash talking — prefer more the Klitschko or Ward style of composure) that said, I appreciate both of them once they set foot in the ring.

One more thing, is I often feel that the people I talk to about boxing in real life, that my black friends say Wilder deserved the win and got robbed (even said this the day after the fight) while my white and other light skin friends seem to think Fury won.

I feel I try to see boxing objective and not just cheer for the guy who looks most like me. But not sure if everyone else does...

Not trying to make this into a race discussion, but I find it interesting and wanted to know what others think about it.

    Please share your thoughts.
