Sanchez is tough, Oscar has turned him into Harvey Dent. 110-98 Valdez

Is Ward the new Teddy Atlas?

I don't like that Valdez is loading up and lot really setting things up. He's gonna look ****** trying to do that against higher level guys. I really believe he's got the potential to be a top, top guy, but you can't abandon your jab and just load up power shots.

Valdez fan, but I'm not real comfortable with that one. He dominated, but a lot of that stuff would not translate to higher level guys.

120-107 for Oscar on my card, was probably another 30 seconds away from the stoppage in the 12th. Very smart, composed performance from him tonight and never had to get out of 2nd gear. He's improved on a lot of the deficiencies he had, bring on Valdez vs Frampton!!

Decent fight by Oscar. He was a lot more responsible defensively, but still gets drawn into a war too easily and gets hit a lot.

Very entertaining though, love watching the kid fight.

Good performance by Valdez. I still think Shakur Stevenson beats him though.

Feel like Valdez still hasn’t fully embraced the ways of the Reynoso’s and not sure if it’s because they don’t give him enough attention vs ala Canelo or because he’s so used to fighting without setting up his combos and having a defensive instinct!
