Under normal circumstances, it's possible that Wilder could've overlooked Ortiz and gotten caught.

But because of the AJ fight, he's going to be working extra hard, staying vigilant, and not overlooking the crafty Cuban veteran. Thank you AJ for helping Wilder stay sharp and continue to win.

Wilder always seems focused and motivated. Don't think AJ getting smashed by Ruiz had any effect on him at all.
